By utilizing electronic claims and submissions, our billing office completes the incsurance process quickly and efficiently. • Bring all medical insurance cards with you to each visit
• Bring a list of all medications you are currently taking
• Bring any pertinant medical records
• Arrange for primary care referral if required by our carrier
